Although I'm not familiar with a list like you're asking for, here's a couple of thoughts:
1) For the UHF (453 and 460 MHz) channels, the inputs for repeated channels would be 5 MHz higher than the frequency the repeater is operating on (458 and 465 MHz).
2) For high band channels, looking over the FCC license in their database will sometimes give you an indication of the input frequency, depending on how many frequencies the particular license covers.
A frequency with the class "FX1" would be an input to a repeater from a non-mobile location ... often a dispatch point.
