Travelers Rest Fire Dept tactical freqs

Travelers Rest FD is being dispatched by Greenville County on the UHF 453.500 mhz frequency. The police department is on PAL25, so did the FD get to use the "old" PD 453.400 repeater as a tac channel?

I guess I'll monitor and see. Really don't see them using a mix of VHF and UHF radios.

A LOT of areas still use those frequencies for voice pagers since they still have volunteers to alert.

The original Travelers Rest Fire Department frequency was 154.0550 which might be used to alert volunteers. I will have to put that in and see if they still do. I haven't heard anything on the TR PD conventional channels yet. They seem to request mutual aid on any serious calls from the neighboring FDs.
