Traverse City under 3ft of water

Grand Traverse County OEM reporting parts of downtown Traverse City and Greilickville are under 3ft of water. There are also vehicles and possibly stranded. Mid-GT County under a Flash Flood Warning. - Munson Medical Center is flooding

Multiples on the SKYWARN system were reporting streets flooded, and the Meijer Parking Lot was flooded too - one subject had to be rescued from a vehicle. Grand Traverse Commons (most of the stores and corridors) were flooded as well.
