I was listening to Travis county jail tonight and heard a lot of garbled communications on most of their channels , are using Encryption now ?

I did a quick listen through this morning on several of the jail TGs and that's what it sounds like. There was one TG that had an occasional PSA in the clear, but all other transmissions sounded encrypted. Not surprising, as in the past year or so they have encrypted SWAT, TAC and Traffic channels...

Do y'all's scanners not alert or mute encrypted traffic?
I heard some clear traffic this morning, although I'm not sure of which TG it was on. As of a few seconds ago the RRDB shows no encryption on any of the Corrections Talk Groups. I don't know if that information is updated automatically, but since the "On Air" status is I would suspect that the encryption is also automatically updated.
I did a quick listen on the feeds - haven't had a chance to program into any radios or run pro96com yet.
The easiest thing to do was dump a few jail TGs into the G5 and "allow encrypted noise" - so I put a few like Jail Ops, Jail 1, 2, 3, etc. First half hour or so I haven't heard anything in the clear - quite a few encrypted transmissions mostly on Jail Ops and Jail 2. I'll have to do some more diligent listening over the next few days before submitting a DB update. I have not listened to Jail TGs in the past...
I had them in my broadcastify Play list so it doesn't tell me. I live in Galveston. Just happened to go through the list and heard noise
