TRBO on 462.525

I got a CloseCall hit on 462.5250 this afternoon that I have not heard before. I got it as I passed by the north edge of the White Tanks. I am hearing what sounds like a TRBO control channel on it, DSD+ reports CC 11.

There isn't anything in the DB on this but I suspect it might be WPKT214, DFS Services. Their license is in the Deer Valley area, 25 miles away however.

Does anyone else have anything on this?

Years ago, I knew a guy who worked for MCI Telecommunications. 462.525 was their voice repeater. I don't know what it's used for now.
