CC=1, in my understanding, means it's not currently online.

To be clear, in this context, CC means control channel, assuming a numeric value for the channel number. It doesn't mean Color Code. If I misunderstood, please clarify.

Does anyone know where site 48 might be? It is showing up as a neighbor to the Beach Island site. CC=1
Since the CC is showing at "1" then it's likely just a placeholder until they get it up and going. Once there is a frequency to match it to we can find it from the FCC data.

MSI was granted a new FCC license for Pickens, Lancaster, and Chester Counties on 12/23/2020 most likely for this system.

WRKE937

Lancaster County: 451.625, 461.875, 463.7125

Chester County: 451.625, 451.725, 461.3875, 461.5375, 462.450

the Chester site is already in the database and it uses those frequencies so it is a license for the TRBOMAX system. The Chester site uses 451.725 as the control channel and 451.625, 461.3875, 461.5375, 462.450 as voice channels.

From looking at other licenses this one uses the same frequencies and locations as a couple others. Looks like they must have consolidated a few others into one single license.

The formula I use is Frequency = 449.9875 + (Channel# x 0.00625).

There is a small application someone wrote that will perform TIII calculations. It's linked in several posts in the SDR/Control Channel Decoding forum. I think it's called something like "TIII Channel Calculator". I haven't used it, but it should work too. It may be linked in the wiki.
