On 12 Jan 2006 the afternoon guys on WKXW-101.5 (nj1015fm.com) led a rally against the smoking ban passed by the NJ Legislature. More than 1,000 persons assembled in front of the State House.
Snooping around with a VX-6 I found the people, some saying they were in the Governor's office(s), commenting on the happening. T'was on 464.5000 but no identification heard.
I also found a very strong signal on 464.5250 that mentioned officers, juveniles, school books and groups of several juveniles assembled somewhere. I missed the ID in CW, as the squelch popped, but I thinking it might be the Trenton School System security and perhaps the high school. Bears further monitoring as I could hear it on the duck antenna inside the car well south into Burlington County, about 15-18 miles. It breaks the squelch, but not enough audio, about 25 miles south of Trenton.
