Listening to Trenton PD on 460.600 with PSR800 at 1530 local time. Earlier in the day I heard Trenton FD dispatcher announce that all fire radios switch to backup channel. I assume that PD did the same.
I can't find 460.000 in Trenton data base. Police dispatcher just announced PD will stay on backup system for the rest of the day.

That's the simulcast of the FD main talkgroup from the TRS to the old Fire-1. The PD don't have any kind of patches like that.

Don't know how they got on the frequency but it was definitely Trenton PD dispatch.

Haven't heard them today. Fire is back to their normal channel so I assume PD is also.

Did you happen to catch a PL tone on the PD channel?

Trenton Fire's multicast is on their old F-1, 460.575/103.5. 460.600/103.5 is their old Fire-2, I had guessed abandoned but maybe (now apparently) reassigned as a backup for the police. The old police UHF channel licenses expired and the frequencies reallocated to other nearby municipalities long ago.

Shoot, wish I had seen this post yesterday, I was near Trenton and scanning but neither of these were in my list at the time.
