TRF/Pennington County

Does anyone have information about TRF Police, separate from Pennington County SO? I have the city listing, and once I get there I could just use them, but I just wondered if they were separate, or on the digital system?

pennington county is digital vhf as of right now, not sure if that includes trf. iknow traffic on the that freq is in both anolog and p-25.
