Can I attach a tri-Mag mount antenna to the chassis between the cab and the bed of my truck? i would be using a 102-inch whip. This would be used for a stryker 955 hp radio for 11 meter and 10 meters

I think you'll have to describe the area, most pickup trucks only have an inch or two between the cab and bed. Or is this a bigger truck?

Ram 1500 and you are correct in saying i only have a few inches between cab and bed. however, i do have room on the chassis to place a tri mount with the whip in the middle between the cab and the bed

If I'm understanding what you have in mind correctly, that's a very narrow area between vertical sheetmetal for the highest current area of your whip. Radiation reflection will probably be an issue.

So mag mount basically on the frame at the bottom level of the cab and bed with the whip sticking up through the gap and the full height of the front bed wall and cab?

No, don't do that. When a whip runs very close and parallel to sheet metal like that its more of a transmission line than an antenna where it will not radiate much up against the sheet metal and instead of having a 9ft whip you really have a 6ft whip with a 3ft transmission line at the base.
