8:45 am On Oakland Blvd west of 95 Tri-Rail hit a car which had stopped on the tracks. Gates came down on either side of it. Two DOA one trauma to hospital.

The accident was on Commercial Blvd, not Oakland Park Blvd. And yes, CSX still uses 161.100 and also 161.520 for the dispatcher.
