An FCC license was issued last year for a trunked system (having both P25 and Analog emissions on the license) for Tri-River Transit.
An FCC Construction Notification was just filed suggesting it is on the air.
A few points:
It is my feeling hunch that this is likely a P25 site and that it would be part of SIRN. If any of you are in the northern Lincoln Co area, please be on the lookout for a new P25 control channel on one of the freqs listed below. I could be wrong, but I have a feeling this would be another SIRN site. If it is, it would be RFSS/Zone 2, unknown site ID.
WQPD354 (TRI-RIVER TRANSIT) FCC Callsign Details
453.425
460.1625
460.375
460.525
460.575
460.600
If you discover this trunked system as being online, please gather all data that you can and submit to the RRDB. If it's a P25 trunked system with a System ID of 170, it's SIRN and should be submitted under the SIRN db. Otherwise, if it's some other type of trunked system and you are able to identify the flavor, we would appreciate a submission.
I also wonder if Harts (Ferrellsburg) might not be online now, considering Tri-River does have radios in use on SIRN. If it isn't, it probably won't be long before it is. If Harts is online, it would have be RFSS/Zone 2, Site ID 18.
Thanks
Mike

A few points:
- Tri-River Transit is known to be on SIRN already
- This license is for a single site in northern Lincoln County
- Tri-River Transit covers multiple counties
