Trip to Miami Beach, FL - Looks like Miami Beach PD encrypted - anything else good to listen to?

So taking a trip to South Beach Miami Fl.

I was reading some forums looking like Miami Beach PD is all encrypted.

Anything else good to listen to? Is the County or Sheriff's office in the clear ? If so what trunk system are they on?
What about Florida Highway Patrol in that area? What Trunk System?

Metro Dade FD was still UHF and clear when i was there last month, Metro Dade PD are on the Metro Dade P25 System, mostly clear
FHP is completely encrypted

There is NO Sheriffs office in Miami Beach. MBPD and Fire ALL "E".
MDFR is in the clear. See the freqs in the database. UHF Analog. 79 Stations HUGE County Department.
The city of Miami FD is in the clear. Small only 8 stations. See the freqs in the database. P25 Phase II Simulcast at very low watts, gotta be close. Same with Coral Gables (Real Small 3 Stations) and Hialeah (Kinda Small 6 Stations)
MDPD is hit and miss with "E", the conversion is still moving forward but not 100% "E" yet.

Miami-Dade Police Department site 102 is nonstop action all day. Plenty of other under Miami-Dade County. A lot of Simulcast in Miami-Dade so many places you need an SDS model.

Miami-Dade Fire and other municipalities on conventional systems

if you decide to wonder north or south of Dade county, most of our immediate neighbors’ systems are unencrypted.
Monroe County
Broward County
Ft Lauderdale, Coral Springs and Plantation

There is also VHF analog FM marine band. And railroad traffic from FEC (including BrightLine passenger trains) and CSX/Tri-Rail.
