Troop A using LSP HQ's frequency at night

Last night I was on the LSP web site last night and found out why Troop A was using LSP HQ's channel at night. I discovered that headquarters dispatch is only used during daytime hrs. So that explains why you hear Troop A using that channel at night. After all this time I thought there was a dispatcher shortage at the troop

Been that way for a while now. Pretty cool since I work nights and have been able to monitor them on my Pro-93.
