What is up with Troop A using id 5776 (Headquarters) at night. Are they not using 16 any longer.

Yes 16 is still active ,why i heard them today,And as far out as i,am i can still pick them up....

I have noticed they are using 16 from around 8:00 AM till about 5:00 PM and after 5:00 is when they switch to 5776 (all night)

After hours they patch A-Dispatch 1 to Headquarters. They usually do this when they are short on dispatchers. It is usually only temporary, but I have noticed this patch for a few months now.
