Troop B bad frequency

Why is it that when I monitor the NJSP Troop B I receive all of the systems' frequencies loud and clear except this one frequency which is 859.46250 Everytime the system lands on this freq, it's very scratchy/staticy and sometimes even skips a transmition like it doesn't receive it at all. All of the systems' freqs are the same power so why is this ONE always bad while all the others are crystal clear?

Because either you or the trooper transmitting is in a bad spot. Happens all the time.
