Troop L / Troop B don't hear anymore

(newbie alert...)
First post here...turned on scanner yesterday after a month of non-use. Noticed absolutely no activity coming from State Police (usually get troop L and B) - saw some database update posted on 02/2012 for "updating tag functions" or something like that. My BCD996XT was originally programmed by scanner master 5/2011- is there a change out there I need to know about? I saw the database indicated phase 1 of PS25 for LWIN.
