Troop T "Tactical" Unit

I didn't catch the Thruway UID but I heard a unit say" Tactical 7xxx In Service." Anyone know what a "Tactical" Unit is? Also I believe he also said he was a 3 man. Anyone have any idea or am I hearing things?

3 man = 3 man unit => 3 dudes in a car. I'm surprised that T of all troops would have a tactical team online, but it is Super Bowl Sunday, and a whole load of traffic is likely coming up from E Rutherford tonight- I'd assume it's in support of that as additional just-in-case muscle.
