Trouble importing .csv downloaded from RR, fails to import in Frequency Manager.
I downloaded the known frequencies list from RadioReference.com as a .csv file.
when I open it there is a long list of frequencies and all seems to be as I expect it to be.
However when I have Frequency Manager open and use the import database from a .csv, the process fails and no frequencies or database imports.
I have read and attempted several several suggestions online, but did not succeed so far.
I am hoping someone can help me with the simplest solution importing the RR frequency into SDRConsoles Frequency databases.
****************Made some Progress***********************
Wondering how to include BAND changing.
Any suggestions on a better edit for import?

Okay, have it sort of figured out, but importing file data in provided frequency does not convert into SDConsoles 000.000.000.000 MHz format.
ie. 000.103.700.000 imports as 000.000.103.700.

Now I know I can easily edit the frequency, but doing that 2000 times is out of the question.
I have tried numerous approaches with formatting in the spread sheet.
I can achieve some change, however not to the desired effect.

Can someone either directly illustrate the best way to achieve a working frequency import of the .csv download from RadioReference.com?

Perhaps a link to some clear instructions if you know of any.

It would be of great help if I can get this csv import working correctly.
