Trouble programming MacDill AFB on 396xt

I'm using freescan and want to know how to set up MacDill,(MacDill Air Force Base) in the system portion of freescan.

Don't know if it helps, but in my BCTool file, it's set up as a Motorola UHF Type 2. Let's not advertise too much about this system. It was once yanked by rr.com admin per a request from the US Air Force, but now it's back in the db, so let's not say too much.

Ok, got it. I hear some parts but others come over digital still.

You're actually hearing the digital, which is in the clear. It's the encrypted that you can't understand. And there are many ENC TGs.
