Trouble Programming Somerset County

Im having quite a problem programming this system using win96 there are 2 different base frequencies with this system can someone show me step by step how to properly program this system thanks

Here you go, and it's really simple -

#1 - Make sure the fleet map & table settings are as seen in picture #1, then push the 'extended tables' button.

#2 - Make your extended tables look like mine, and you'll be good to go (there are actually 3)...

Yep - picture #1 stays the same, and the offset tables should be as so:
