trouble receiving WVC 460.525 & SoSL 447.70 emergency frequencies

Lots of traffic on the Pro-197 scanner about 7:30 last night but receiving only static. I tried to listen in on both frequencies with an Icom T70 HT but heard nothing at all. This morning the scanner is still picking up signals on both frequencies every few minutes but no sound.

447.700 is a ham frequency. WVC is on 800 MHz trunked. Do you have the UCA trunk system programmed in your Pro-197?

Both these frequencies are in the ARES Standard load, for SoSL Fire and WVC Public Safety. I have the WVC trunked frequencies on the Pro-197 as well, and no problems with them.
