Trouble trunk tracking Parma - can't find data channel

I'm near Cleveland-Hopkins Airport and I'm using a BC235XLT. I can trunk track the SW system (Strongsville) just fine. When I try to trunk the Parma/Brooklyn system, the scanner can't find the data channel. I've triple checked the 10, 800mhz channels and they are entered correctly and were entered under trunk mode. What am I missing? Why can't I find this systems data channel? Has Parma gone digital? Any help would be appreciated.

The BC235XLT won't work on EDACS. Only Motorola systems
