Icom: trouble Tuning my IC7100 with the MFJ939i under 20m

When I try to tune my IC7100 at frequencies lower than 20m, the tuning signal ramps up and resets over and over... it wasn't always like this, and I'm sure I've changed soemthing to cause it, but I have no idea what. Works fine 20m and higher - anyone have any ideas?
