Does anyone know what is wrong with this feed? For several weeks it says it is "online" but has a buzzing sound and I cannot pick up anything.

On the feed's page there's a button that say "report a problem". That will be your best option. They may not have listened to their own feed for a while and might not know...

May have spoke too soon. I haven't heard any traffic on the Scanner in over 30 minutes.
