trouble with arc396pro

hi I live on Kauai,HI and have a bcd396t. bought the software to program it, when I try to connect to radioref. it just disconects without any data. can anyone give me a hand?

got the software working, just need to find the driver for usb cable. have tried 2 diff. ones so far any suggestions?

Which USB cable are you using? If you are using the USB-1 the Uniden TWiki has a link to the most current Prolific drivers....73 Mike
