Trouble with DSD+ installation

I watched a few different youtube videos on how to install and configure DSD+ and VB audio virtual cable and I followed the instructions for installation and setup. When I open SDR sharp and click the start arrow I get an error message that says "No device available." It's not the message that says "No device selected" it says "No device available." and it does not start. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you restart the computer after installing your vb audio cable? If I recall correctly it prompts you to restart post-install?

Thanks for the replies. Do I need zadig if I am using Airspy R2 and have windows 10?

No. Zadig is for the cheap dongles.
