Trouble with pro-2096 with contol channel only

I am in Mesa County, Colorado. My problem is when I program the 6 towers into my Pro-2096 I do not receive transmissions from all the towers. the scanner seems to receive only one tower, and missing traffic while my Pro 96 and Pro 106 receive multiple towers. I entered a dummy channel between each control channel. I have also tried different antennas from an external mounted on the roof to the r/s 800mhz rubber duckie. I have tried using the delay on and off with the dummy channels. Does anyone know what is wrong. When I select each control channel there is the motorboat sound and they register in the high 80 to mid 90%. Any help would be appreciated.

It is better to put only one control channel in each bank. Also make sure your DSP-APP is upgraded to at least 1.3 or 1.4.

I use my 2096's for the Ohio MARCS and use CC only myself. I do like you said, separate each CC with a FM only dummy freq.( has to be a real freq like 894.000 not 000.000) and works just fine.You may want to check and make sure they are set as FM?
