Trouble with web import from RR to WIN96

I hope this is the right forum. When I go to start a web import from the RR trunked frequencies data base, as soo as I hit the :\"START" button I get the following error. And it says to post it here so someone can correct the database.

XML error detected: no element found

I hope someone can help.

You have an old version of Win96 - go get an update. The XML based web service was shut down a long time ago...best regards..Mike

Looks like it has been a heck of a long time since you have updated that software
Surf on over to the Win96 homepage and download the latest version (1.74).
After downloading version 1.74 just unzip the file into the same directory as where you initially placed Win96. Then you will be good to go!
