Trouble with Whistler 1040 in Spirit Lake, Isaho.

Trying to program local PD, Kootenai County Sheriff, and ISP. Using PSRedit500 software.

Decided to return Whistler 1040 and maybe buy another that will work in area.

you won't be able to receive the sheriff or cda police as they are encypted

Not only that but the Cda police and Post Falls police have went down too. The State Patrol and fire is all you will hear and they may fall soon. And just over the border in Wasahinton state the Spokane city police went down just this last week. The valley Sheriff will go dead soon.
Anybody ever hear what happened to the supposed lawsuit over this? just wonderin'.
