Hi, can anyone troubleshoot a Pro 668 (Whistler updated)?

What's wrong with it?
I inherited it, just had it repaired and updated. Curiosity drove me to explore the menu options and now all I hear is static when scans through channels. I know this is vague. I have tried restoring to factory settings and importing again. Still no luck.

Here is the "Easier to Read" manual for your scanner.
Refer to the database for the correct frequencies.
Squelch turned up all the way? You sure it's static and not data noise (DMR, NXDN, etc) ?
Data noise? I'm clueless.....

I have imported our local channels. Two of them show upbit just play static so I SKIP them. The others just don't come in stall. Silence..... Did I change a settings or something?

If the scanner has had the legacy upgrade by Whistler, it is no longer a Pro-668. The scanner is now a Whistler WS1080. Use the Whistler WS1080/WS1088 EZ Scan software.

@jefolkers check your settings under the Advance Features then audio options tab in EZ Scan see if it looks something like mine.
Everything the same except tone volume. Could my antenna be broken? I'm not getting any signal bars....

Cedar County shows everything is conventional with nothing encrypted. What State Patrol troop covers your county?
That rules out the encryption @Whiskey3JMC mentioned as you would hear tones not silence or static if audio mode was set to tone like mine.
