According to the RR DB, they still use their UHF frequencies Mike.
Nothing listed on the county P-25 system.

On Saturday, I happened to be in the adjoining town of Valley, AL and actually heard radio traffic on West Point's Police channel (UHF) and confirmed they are still operating on their two UHF Fire & Police dispatch channels.
