Receiving the following EDACS control channels in Truckee, maybe someone can help make sense of it:

851.8125
Site 9, Ch 2, Neighbors 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 13

857.4625
Site 1, Ch 2, Neighbors 5, 6, 9, 24, 26

857.7125
Site 1, Ch 2, Neighbors 5, 6, 9, 24, 26

I'm also receiving the Nevada Shared Radio System site at Chimney Peak (860.2375, Site 5, Ch 7, Neighbors 1, 2, 4, 9). This is the only one that makes sense; all of the ones above are a mystery to me.

Taking a closer look at the DB:

857.4625 might be the Chimney Peak State Site (2-101)

857.7125 might be the Alder Hill Truckee Site (2-201)

851.8125 is still unknown, nearest FCC license is WQKV372 at Spooner Summit on Highway 50, but I can't imagine receiving that from my location next to Truckee Tahoe Airport with all the terrain in between

All three have YE licenses to NDOT. It wouldn't surprise me if they change things before telling the FCC about it, like many other licensees. ;)

I'm not sure Spooner would be all that much of a stretch. It's up a little bit above the lake. From the airport you'd have the valley and the lake between you and Spooner. If propagation was good that day the signal might not have too much trouble coming down the mountain on the Truckee side. I've seen stranger...

I confirmed Spooner the next day on 853.3375 (Site 13, Ch 1)

So 851.8125 (Site 9, Ch 2) is still unknown.
