Most of the Truman Lake Corps of Engineers ops are on 163.4375 (203.5).
I would think the Power Generation ops at he dam would be separate from the Lake Ops.
Do a quick search of the fed bands if you are close by.

Whats the (203.5) mean? New at this, does it mean to enter that as a channel also?

the 203.5 is the PL or CTCSS tone is that is use on the frequency. It keeps the other uses of the Freq seperated from each other.

How far from the dam are you? If you are within a couple miles search 162-174 and 406-420 and see if you come up with any of the lower power communications in use around the dam and generation facility.
