Watching Trumps stills from last nights Musk/Trump talk, what kind of phone did he have and I presum the thing under it was a battery/charge pac ut what was the black adapter plugged in the bottom?

Appears to be a microphone to give clearer audio when using speaker phone, works well for group conversations.
