Is there anyway to search the data base by state to input a trunk group number and find out what county or agency it is assigned to?

By "Group Number" do you mean talkgroup ID or system ID? If the latter, you can click here and scroll down to locate this search box

It depends on the browser, but you can use "CTRL+F"

As Doc mentioned, CTRL+F is universal on PC based web browsers. The same function can be achieved on a Mac by pressing COMMAND+F
