Pro-528: Trunk programming the PRO-528

You might want to copy the list of TGID's I gave you in a previous post so that you can print it out. Scan lists 6, 7, and 8 would probably be the most active. I'm going to do a little more reading on how to enter TGID's in specific lists and give you a set of instructions when I figure it out. If you can put in a couple of talkgroups and hear something, we will know that it is working OK. I'll try to get back to you by tomorrow. Scanners are such fun!

Ok sounds great. As I was sitting here the trunked frequencies started working on the obion county system. I would still like to know how to enter in TGIDs and I also saved the list you gave me

By having different agencies in different scan lists, you can control what you listen to. If you just want to listen to Fire, EMS, and Law, you would turn off all of the other scan lists except 6, 7, and 8. When you are trunking Obion Co, just pressing a number on the keypad toggles that list on and off.

There is room for Obion Co Schools in Scan List 0. Change Scan List 0 to this:
