I programmed my WS-1065 using ARC500PRO and importing from Radio Reference, however I am not able to hear anything on the Trunked channels I programmed. Any help would be appreciated.

Am trying to program Biddeford, ME police and fire channels.

Ah. Thank you.

When shopping to buy, how would I know if it is Phase ll or Phase l?

Could anyone suggest a Phase ll scanner?

In the Whistler line of scanners, the only current models capable of P25 Phase II are the TRX-1 (handheld) and TRX-2 (base/mobile). Older, discontinued, models capable of Phase II include the WS1080 and WS1088 (handhelds) as well as WS1095 & WS1098 (base/mobiles).

In the Uniden line, the 325P2, BCD436HP, & SDS100 (all handhelds), as well as the 996P2, 536HP, & SDS200 can all do Phase II, as can the HP-2.

The SDS100 & SDS200 are the only scanners, from anyone at present, that can handle simulcast systems. But simulcast is so location dependent you might find a scanner other than the SDS series that works.

You might request that your thread be moved to your state forum, so that someone in the area is more likely to se it, and can respond what does, and/or does not, work for them. To do that, click on the Report link in the lower left corner of your post, and request that a moderator move your thread to the forum.
