I was getting the trunk chatter in Hennepin county then it just stopped, not a peep. I saw on this site that the talkgroups have changed so I redownloaded the channels and talkgroups but still quiet. I am baffled as to what I am doing wrong.
I set up one bank and used Win96 to web import just the sites that appeared to be Hennepin county and all talk groups I believed to be Hennepin related. Also set up another bank for Ramsey in this same way.
In Win96 just above the talkgroups list there are two settings. "MOT 3600 CC" and "MOT 9600 CC". Both of these are set to "Normal" Is this the correct setting? Also "DEC" is selected.
