trunked philly freq

hello im new to this forum i have a digital trunking radio scanner pro 2096 can somebody help me program philly police and talkgroups id do you program philly police first than talkgroup id in the same bank or not and what is the frequency's to philly police helicopter air tac1 and air tac2 and what bank are they stored in i would appreciate any help from the forum

the easiest possible way to do this is to get the software for your scanner, the programing cable, and check to see that that software is compatible with RR.com if so , then subscripe to RR.com(premium) and then you can just download everything to your scanners software, make whatever changes you want on that, and then upload it to your scanner
