Trunked System Submissions

Are some great examples of conventional and talkgroup submissions. However, can someone please add an example of an "Outstanding" trunked system submission? There are several systems in my area that are not in the database, and I'd like to ensure I'm submitting them correctly.

just click on database & then SUBMIT at the top of the page & admins will update when they can
