They do. Southwest Georgia TRS in the database. Look in Dougherty County, and click on the Trunked Systems.
Sadly, all law enforcement is encrypted. The only clear talkgroups are in the database.
This system is in process of moving to Phase 2, which means your Pro-500 series scanner won’t hear it.

Also, you could listen to talkgroup 7, but it’s traffic coming into the Dougherty County Jail. Albany Fire was in the clear on talkgroups 20 and 21, and Lee County Fire/EMS was in the clear on 1713 and 1714. I’ve not listened to them in a long time, but I suspect it’s 99% encrypted except the ones I mentioned. Good luck, and happy monitoring!
