Trunked systems in Northwest, Al

Are any of the "trunked systems",(Florence and Tuscumbia)that are shown in the "RR Database", active?

The State trunking system listed as Tuscumbia is on the air but I don't think anyone uses it. The State system listed for Florence has been moved to Decatur and 2 of the freqs changed. It is now part of the Decatur/Morgan Co EDACS system.

There are not any "control channels" listed for the two sites I mentioned, only "alternative"!

HI Bee, if they are EDACs Such as the State TRS) you will need to program ALL the frequencies in in LCN order also. but do a quick scan/search in FM mode to see if you pickup a Control channle 1st before programming it all in.
Also does anyone know if the State TRS is active in the Birmingham area any more?
**note #2 these two systems will also need to be in separate banks
