System in question

Helping a friend in Jacksonville with his G4.
He is occasionally getting the dog catcher traffic on his device. I believe its due to the G4 passing audio after receiving legit traffic on a TG but then the frequency on the system is assigned to another user/TG and the G4 is passing the audio from the frequency that was just in use by the correct TG.
Im wondering if someone is running trunker on it and can tell me if the system is using certain frequencies at a higher rate then others. In Trunker, under the Channels Tab, you get a Hits count.
Do any of the channels seem to have extremely low or extremely high hit counts?
Several systems i monitor that are set up correctly have a pretty good balance of frequency usage.
But i do see on one of my local systems a couple of channels with very low usage. Typically the CC channel alternates will have lower then normal usage compared to the system in a whole.
I also have a new Harris Phase 2 system that went live with PD/FD a few months ago. System wide the Slot 1 channels have much higher usage then the slot 2 channels. But thats just an observation i made today while looking at the hits and not related to what im asking. LOL
I suggested to my friend that the system he is monitoring could have issues with certain freqs causing the controller to bypass them. So less available frequencies the more the others have to carry the load. OR its possible the system is quickly assigning certain TG to follow each other. SO fire and dog catchers might be using certain freqs back to back more often. Just my guesses but im in a different state and am trying to help him figure this out.
My G4 monitors several different system where i am at and i have heard it pass audio from an incorrect TG, and its been noted in the forums so its not an isolated incident. However its rare for me to hear it but for him its happening 10 times a day.
Hopefully there is someone in Jacksonville FL who can help provide me with info.
