yes i have a pro 433 and when i try to put in certain countys it wont work but when i put in maryland it will scan i live in va i am new to trunking also is smartnet something digital that i cant program

Be more specific about what systems you are trying to program. There are many digital systems in Maryland now, and the 433 won't be able to decode these. Anything that says 'Project 25' is an example.
