I recently programmed my Uniden Bearcat 996XT to a trunked system out of Sioux City, Iowa and I can't seem to pick anything up on the scanner. I got on my phone and was able to pick things up on that with the scanner application I have. I tried using my phone as a cross reference but nothing is coming across my Bearcat scanner. What would be causing this?
