TRWC Unknown Talkgroup

I rarely monitor the TRWC, but I was in Mesa for a little bit today, and I caught talkgroup 3106 on the Mesa TRWC. It was a HazMat situation somewhere I'm assuming on the East side of Mesa as they were asking Alarm for weather/wind conditions from Mesa Gateway airport. It involved a semi leaking unknown liquid. I heard command, hazmat units, and alarm. I'm not sure if it was an actual incident or a training as I had limited time to listen.

Has anyone else caught this talkgroup?

3106 is a Gilbert Fire Dept. admin channel, so it was likely that you were hearing a training exercise. They've been using the admin channels a lot for training.
