Install this free utility first and see if it will "heal" your card. The utility in the EZ Scan program isn't all that effective. This one may fix it; it may require repeated deep-level formats. Or it may not. I'd recommend going ahead and getting a second card even if this fixes yours...you'll have a spare (hopefully loaded with your programming info) if the other card dies on you or gets corrupted again.
I've only encountered one SD card that SD Formatter wouldn't untangle. But as always YMMV.
