I was scanning the 148-174 range when my scanner stopped on 157.995. I’m picking it up in Morris County. FCC has it listed to a paging company out of Pennsylvania, but there's voice comms on this frequency. The conversation seems to be in Spanish although from time to time I’m able to hear users say, "ten-four". Does anyone know what this is? It sounds like a dispatch frequency of some sort.

It sounds like a gypsy cab company operating on an unlicensed frequency. I wouldn't be suprised if the radios were stolen from school busses, that seems to be popular lately.
