Could the 133.625 be de icing ops? that would explain the large hit number. Not sure who picked up the contract de icing after ARM combs, but could be?

124.775, 133.625, 125.375 and 130.875 aren't listed on this website at all for KDEN or ZDV, respectively. Maybe someone should submit them? *cough cough*

This channel seems to be a simulcast (?) of another controller channel. You can only hear the controller vectoring aircraft in to DEN, but no pilot responses.

Certain sectors aren't as busy as others, so a contoler can manage multiple sectors and sync all the different sector frequencies together to make their life easier. Thats my guess why your hearing the controler, and not the pilots.

This could be a simulcast of an App/Dep channel as well. I still don't see any assignment for it here or on the charts (if it is ZDV)...

120.150 is definately a simulcast of KDEN Ground, again with only the controller being heard.

Listening to 125.125 sounds like a simulcast - again, controller only. Sounds like App/Dep...

I see someone has inserted this into the DB as "Approach West - Low Altitude". How have we confirmed this?

That was me. I don't have the fancy sector number or anything like that for it, but coming from the west when they are landing on 7, I've been handed off to this freq most every time. Occasionally when landing the 35s as well.

That's good enough for me ;).

I'm wondering why I can't find any FAA documentation on this though?
I'm no too far North of that approach and I've only heard the controller...

I'm always looking for anything needing to be added to the KDEN/ZDV Feeds, so I'll toss this one on there.
Any info on the other two I've logged - 125.125 and 120.150?

The Fancy Sector # is FR4. The FR stands for Final Radar. :D

Not sure if they would run the transmitter 24x7, even if they are not actively using it for arrivals. If so, that could explain your hearing the controller and no A/C.
I'm trying to think if I've been handed off to the 133.625 from the NW arrival gates. I'm not 100% sure I have been, so maybe a more accurate description would be "West and SW arrival". I'll keep an eye, err, ear out, next time we're coming from the NW and landing 7. Just about every time we're on the POWDR arrival and they're landing 7, we'll get this after the initial DEN approach controller.

As for the other freqs you listed, none look familiar at all to me. Do you have any recordings from them, or info about what time of day you got hits on them?

I don't know if anyone would have a hissy fit over it, but the ground freq descriptions could be simplified to Ground West and Ground East vs the rather verbose "Rwy 34L. . . " That is how it is shown on the Jepp 10-9's.
Just a suggestion.

I agree, but assume the Admins do that to keep everything as its listed by the FAA.

On another note, would it be correct to consider TOMSN FOUR and RAMMS FIVE as NW arrivals?
